In a January 21 interview with Carrie Sheffield on “Just the News AM,” top Trump adviser Jason Miller announced that, in the coming months, he expects Donald Trump will “emerge as the nation’s leader on ballot and voting integrity.”
Miller, who was on Air Force One with President Trump and his family during their flight from Washington, D.C. to Florida on January 20, informed Sheffield that Trump “has a number of goals over the next couple of years… winning back the House and the Senate for Republicans in 2022 to make sure that we can stop the Democratic craziness.”
He stated that the important work of ensuring voter integrity could “never get done in Washington,” because Democrat politicians will not allow the issue to be taken seriously.
Miller also noted that the essential work that needs to be done to ensure voter integrity can “never get done in Washington,” because Democrat lawmakers won’t allow it to be taken seriously.
In the time after the 2020 election, Republican lawmakers, along with President Trump, his campaign, and his legal team challenged the results of elections in several states with significant evidence of voter fraud and irregularities, trying to ensure that legal votes were counted, and illegal votes were investigated and thrown out.
Inquiries and investigations were also launched into the way ballots were counted, and the lack of proper observation during the vote counting process. Multiple eyewitnesses have given first hand accounts of illegal and improper conduct taking place in ballot processing centers, and many testified under oath in front of legislative committees about their experiences.
Miller also discussed his belief that President Trump’s plan, which is being developed and will be announced in the coming months, will involve working with individual states and state legislatures to ensure the integrity of future elections, ensuring that votes are counted fairly and the voting process is secure.
Trump has not yet came to a decision about whether he will run for president again in the 2024 election, but Miller is hopeful that we will see Trump return to the White House for a second term.
