U.S. Attorney David Weiss thought he could get away without filing any criminal charges at all against Hunter Biden and didn’t even file the misdemeanors until the whistleblowers came forward to Congress. In a separately breaking story, we learn that could have something to do with the fact he used to work closely with Hunter Biden’s brother Beau. There’s no conflict of interest there or anything, the DOJ insists.
David Weiss busted cold
It seems that every day we learn another way in which David Weiss has been compromised. Just because the U.S. Attorney for Delaware finally was elevated to special counsel status it doesn’t automatically mean there will be fresh felony charges.
The fix was in before and it’s still in, because the same rat remains in charge of guarding the same cheese.
It’s being reported that Weiss “did not plan to charge” Hunter Biden with a single thing. That’s why the “IRS whistleblowers came forward about his alleged tax fraud.”
BREAKING: U.S. attorney for Delaware David Weiss was planning on ending the investigation into Hunter Biden and letting him off with no charges until the IRS whistleblowers spoke out.
Holy s***.

The friendly prosecutor “was willing to conclude the investigation without even as much as a plea deal before the agents accused the Justice Department of interfering.”
These fresh allegations surfaced in “private correspondence between Weiss and Biden’s legal team” which leaked to the New York Times. Since they’re a left-leaning outlet, everyone wonders what else they saw that they’re still sitting on.
After the IRS investigators working the case revealed that they weren’t allowed to actually investigate but what they were allowed to look into led to serious crimes, the prosecution team suddenly “demanded Mr. Biden plead guilty to committing tax offenses.” That’s also when they disbanded the entire team of investigators, not knowing which of them were talking to Congress. The agents call that “retaliation.”
Never charged at all
A spokesperson for the team of lawyers representing one of the IRS agents told the Times that it “appears that if it weren’t for the courageous actions of these whistle-blowers, who had nothing to gain and everything to lose, Hunter Biden would never have been charged at all.” Weiss was caught with his hand in the cookie jar up to his elbow.
We already knew that his deputy prosecutor Derek Hines, was compromised by a friendship with the Biden family mole “One Eye.” His identity has been outed as former FBI director Louis Freeh. We’re just now getting reports about the direct connection the U.S. Attorney had with Beau Biden, who formerly served as Delaware’s Attorney General.
After four years of investigation, Weiss was ready to claim that no ordinary citizen would be charged for anything Hunter Biden did. Everything from writing hookers off as a business expense on his taxes to brokering millions of dollars in bribes from our foreign adversaries, then laundering the money through shell companies.
Attorney General Garland appointed David Weiss as special prosecutor to protect Joe Biden.

After all that investigation, “he did not have enough evidence to indict the younger Biden.” Not even for misdemeanors. Then the investigators blew a big loud whistle.
“Negotiations between Weiss and Biden’s legal team began in January. By May, Biden’s team proposed a deal by which Biden would not have to plead guilty — but would agree to what is known as a deferred prosecution agreement, which typically entails conditions such as enrolling in drug treatment or anti-violence programs or giving up firearms.” That turned out to be the real diabolical part of the pact. Hunter’s high paid lawyers are convinced that one was signed in blood and also that it gets Hunter and everyone else in the family out of any real charges.
That diversion program also requires Hunter to keep his nose clean, cocaine wise. That little baggie which triggered a HAZMAT response to the West Wing which the forensics teams can’t match up to anyone could have been enough to violate his agreement before it’s been officially approved. If it actually needs approval, that is, which Hunter’s team of legal demons insists it doesn’t. David Weiss isn’t sleeping well at night, he keeps waking up screaming from a recurring nightmare where he’s sitting in front of Congress.
