Hunter Biden’s high priced attorneys are on the offensive against Tony Bobulinski. Meanwhile, lawyers for the former Biden business partner have responded, calling it all lies and misdirection. We the People tend to side with the rat’s version.
Hunter goes rat sniping
Abbe Lowell, who’s Hunter Biden’s extremely well paid and evilly diabolical chief counsel “is asking D.C. prosecutors to investigate his former business associate Tony Bobulinski.”
Biden says Bobulinski’s testimony to the FBI was perjury because he wasn’t actually at a crucial meeting, as he claimed.
“We recently received information demonstrating that numerous statements made by Mr. Bobulinski in Washington, D.C. during an interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020, concerning our client, Hunter Biden, are false,” Abbe Lowell argues in a letter to U.S. attorney for D.C. Matthew Graves.

Lowell acts like he has the hard evidence to back it up. He might but then again he might be bluffing.
“Comparing the statements that Mr. Bobulinski made to the FBI with other communications of his or uncontradicted facts should result in an investigation as to whether the conduct of Mr. Bobulinski violated federal law—including, but not limited to, making materially false statements to the U.S. government.”
Misleading a federal investigation with false statements against Hunter Biden isn’t nice, Lowell scolds. It also happens to be a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001. If, that is, it can actually be proven.
Bobulinski pushes back
When Bobulinski heard the news he came unglued. A statement through his attorney Stefan Passantino was quickly issued to set the record straight. Hunter Biden peddled access to his dad all over the planet.
“All of the allegations contained in Mr. Lowell’s 10 page letter to U.S. Attorney Graves are patently false, and I look forward to exposing these lies and laying out the facts in a public forum in short order,” Passantino writes. He may be a rat but the information is accurate.
If the Biden family fixer is “so determined to ensure that the full truth is put before the American People, Hunter, Jim, Joe and I should all appear together before Congress, publicly and under oath,” Bobulinski challenges, through his attorney. It was a disgruntled Tony Bobulinski who walked into the FBI HQ and spilled his guts in October of 2020, just ahead of a hotly contested “election.”

He was mad enough to tell everything he knew. The FBI was quick to bury every word of it. They didn’t want to take a chance of finding out that what he told them was actually true, so they made sure not to look.
The former partner turned rat confirmed that he had been in on an email “discussing how they would distribute money from a deal with a Chinese company.” That would be CEFC China Energy. One of the Biden family associates in that deal, Patrick Ho, happened to be, in the words of Hunter Biden – to his dad, “the effing spy chief of China.” Bobulinski verified that the “10 percent cut to the ‘Big Guy‘” went direct to Joe Biden. Lowell argues that “Bobulinski told authorities the planned payouts were discussed in a meeting in Miami.”
It’s not clear if Bobulinski ever actually claimed being at that meeting or simply knowing what was discussed. Lowell uses that to twist the narrative. “Despite what Mr. Bobulinski told investigators to pretend he had firsthand knowledge, he was never in and did not attend this meeting in Miami on February 14, 2017. This is demonstrated by his own communications.” That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen exactly as described. That’s why congress is investigating the investigators who didn’t investigate that, right now.
