Kyle Rittenhouse Announces He’s Once Again Being Sued

Kyle Rittenhouse’s story has captured headlines across the entire nation.

On August 25, 2020 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Rittenhouse shot three attackers who mobbed him during a violent leftist riot.

And despite being found not guilty by a jury, there continue to be numerous people who paint him as a villain, punishing him for defending himself.

The most recent attempt comes in the form of a civil lawsuit filed by the convicted child molester Joseph Rosenbaum’s estate in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Rosenbaum had spent much of his adult life in prison after preying upon five preteen boys and was also facing charges for domestic abuse from his fiancée just hours before his death at the riot.

He had recently been released from hospital following a suicide attempt when he joined other rioters who were protesting against police brutality concerning Jacob Blake’s non-fatal shooting – despite Blake having an active felony warrant and being armed with a knife at the time.

It was then that Kyle Rittenhouse shot him along with two other attackers who had mobbed him when he attempted to flee from them as they chased him down, according to witness testimony and video evidence taken at the scene.

It appears that this lawsuit is an attempt to vilify Kyle Rittenhouse for what was ultimately self-defense against people who were engaging in violent acts during a protest which turned into an all out riot.

The suit alleges that “there was no justification” for Rittenhouse firing upon Rosenbaum despite video evidence showing otherwise.

It claims that Rosenbaum was merely peacefully protesting rather than actively chasing down and attempting to disarm Rittenhouse, and it even goes so far as to suggest that Rittenhouse fired “indiscriminately multiple times”.

Furthermore, these lawsuits are making it increasingly difficult for Kyle move on with his life due to fear of harassment or assault based on lies spread around about what happened; something no human being should have to go through regardless if they acted in self-defense or not.

Since clearing himself from all legal charges last year, Kyle has faced many hardships related directly to this case including public criticism surrounding this incident.
