Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) and his revenge tour are still going strong.
Manchin has been livid ever since his amendment to get a pipeline in West Virginia was removed from the legislation.
He made some significant concessions, but he ended up getting punked.
Now he is making Joe Biden’s life miserable.

Gigi Sohn, President Biden’s pick for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), has withdrawn her nomination.
The nomination had been at a stalemate for some time, but Senator Manchin just flipped and stated that he will not support her for the FCC.
Without Manchin, the nomination dies, so Sohn is calling it a day.
Upon making the withdrawal, she stated, “When I accepted his nomination over sixteen months ago, I could not have imagined that legions of cable and media industry lobbyists, their bought-and-paid-for surrogates, and dark money political groups with bottomless pockets would distort my over 30-year history as a consumer advocate into an absurd caricature of blatant lies.
“The unrelenting, dishonest and cruel attacks on my character and my career as an advocate for the public interest have taken an enormous toll on me and my family.”
Hmmm, you mean like Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh endured during their nomination process?
Senator Cruz (R-TX) has fought this nomination from the outset.
He responded, “The withdrawal of Ms. Sohn’s nomination is a major victory and represents a strong bipartisan agreement that we need a fair and impartial candidate who can receive the support needed for confirmation.
“The FCC is not a place for partisan activists; free speech is too important.
“Now, it’s time for the Biden administration to put forth a nominee who can be confirmed by the full Senate and is committed to serving as an even-handed and truly independent regulator.”
This is one in a string of nominees that Biden has seen tank as of late.
