The Democrat establishment is ramping up to defeat the presumed nominee at this point.
A significant percentage of the Democrat superdelegates that have been interviewed have stated they will oppose Bernie Sanders in brokered convention.
All or Nothing
In order for a candidate to have the nomination on lockdown headed into the convention, he or she must have a majority of the delegates.
If that does not happen, during the second vote, the superdelegates will come into play.
Additionally, depending on the state’s rules, the delegates won by popular vote can start to be released.
The more votes, the more delegates that are no longer beholden to the vote.
From the rumors around D.C., the only path Sanders has to the nomination would be to win the nomination outright and secure the majority of the delegates before he gets to Milwaukee.
If he doesn’t, more than 90 percent of the delegates interviewed said they will try to block his nomination.
In all, the New York Times interviewed 93 Democrat superdelegates, and 84 of them said they have no intention of backing Bernie Sanders.
If you’re wondering whether (1) there is a Dem establishment or (2) it is leery of @BernieSanders: Only 9 of 93 superdelegates interviewed said Bernie should become the nominee purely on the basis of arriving at the convention with a plurality. https://t.co/E9JdbGP2hL

How Could It Play Out?
If the delegates are not going to back Bernie, the likely winner will be either Bloomberg or Biden.
My guess is that if party leadership does not convince the superdelegates to back Bernie, and I doubt they will, whichever candidate has the most delegates behind Bernie will get the nod.
If that individual is within striking distance of the nomination, the superdelegates could decide a winner on the second vote.
If he or she is beyond that point, we may say numerous votes taking place until delegates can be released from Sanders and attributed to another candidate.
If this scenario plays out, there are going to be much bigger concerns than the Democrat establishment hijacking an election.
Sanders supporters have already proven to be prone to violence and one of Sanders’ field organizers was caught by Project Veritas saying they would burn down the city of Milwaukee if the nomination was stolen from Sanders.
So, either way, the American people lose. We either get a socialist one step closer to the White House or our cities get burned to the ground by pissed off socialists.
