She Called Police ‘Many Times’…Now She Has Been Found DEAD in a FREEZER

ICYMI – The family of Chicago landlord Frances Walker insists that the police have some explaining to do, after the dismembered remains of their relative were discovered in a freezer. What good is it to alert the cops to danger when they don’t do anything about it? She called the police “many times” on the accused tenant.

Landlord murdered over eviction

If police had intervened sooner, to help a landlord evict a problem tenant, 69-year-old Frances Walker might still be alive. On a more practical note, if Ms. Walker had been vigilantly packing protective firepower, she possibly could have saved herself.

More and more Americans are coming to the realization that police don’t seem to be an effective option any longer. Especially in Democrat run jurisdictions. Properly armed and trained self-defense is a much better answer for many.

Ms. Walker was reported missing by another tenant on October 10. It didn’t take long for detectives to follow the trail of clues straight to a freezer in her home on the North Side of Chicago, Illinois.

Sandra Kolalou, age 36, has been charged with the gruesome murder of her landlord. The victim’s relatives went running to a local news station to complain that Walker had called police on the unstable tenant “many times.

Police admit that their records show “law enforcement responded to the home five times in October alone.” Their hands are cuffed by liberal laws. “They have rights as a tenant.” Walker’s niece Cory Walker doesn’t want to hear that.

They have rights as a tenant,” she fires back, “but if you fear for your safety or have issues, the landlord should have rights not only as a landlord but as cohabiter of the domain.” The big word there is “should.” Modern Americans have ignored the shenanigans their elected officials are up to and forgotten the main principle that “they work for us.

Police impotent to act

Corey Walker is just beginning to wake up to the dangers of liberal anarchy and a police force crippled, demoralized and defunded by Democrats. “I feel like their hands were tied or maybe there was something that could have been done differently. It’s changed the trajectory of our lives. It’s leaving such a hole.

It’s time for every landlord in Chicago to make a trip to the gun shop. Then another to the shooting range for lots of practice. Good gun control means hitting what you aim at and not hitting innocent bystanders.

Francis Walker wasn’t just any landlord. She “rented out rooms to women in need.” As argued by the prosecutor at Kolalou’s bond hearing, Wednesday October 26, “the pair had a contentious relationship that escalated into a screaming match the night of the murder.” The eviction notice Walker hung on Kolalou’s door the day before probably had a lot to do with it.

Detectives think they figured it out but aren’t real sure. “That very well could possibly be what escalated this into the defendant becoming extremely angry and committing this horrific act,” Chicago Police Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan informed the press.

Besides a charge of first degree murder, Kolalou is charged with concealing a homicidal death and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Even though this happened in Chicago, Kolalou is actually being held without bail.

She still has pending “unrelated charges of battery to cause bodily harm” from earlier this year. Nobody is connecting that to an assault on her landlord. Neighbor Raymond Truong is shocked. “It’s really devastating, like I even had a hard time coming home last night. I stayed at my friend’s house. I felt safer with his parents and stuff.
