I have to admit it, I am honestly shocked at this report on CNN.
Since Nikki Haley announced, she has been getting relentlessly attacked.
As usually happens, the usual rules go out the window when it comes to racism and sexism.
Tapper Admits the Truth
CNN’s Don Lemon took serious heat for calling Nikki Haley past her prime.
The woman is only 51, yet Lemon was putting her out to pasture.
Now, Lemon is a darling for the ladies of “The View,” so rather than call Lemon out, Whoopi Goldberg actually agreed with Lemon.
CNN’s Jake Tapper called them all out.
He stated, “The New York Times opinion writer Wajahat Ali made very critical comments yesterday or maybe Sunday about Governor Nikki Haley, who is now running for president. Take a look…
“She uses her brown skin as a weapon against poor black folks and poor brown folks, and she uses her brown skin to launder white supremacist talking points,” Ali said about Nikki Haley, whose family is originally from India.
“The reason I feel sad is because no matter what she does, it will never be enough.
“They’ll never love her.”
Tapper then commented, “You see some people on the left noting that Nikki is not her original first name. I think that is her middle name.
“It’s not true, and these are the same people who objected to whenever Republicans would say ‘Barack Hussein Obama.’ I mean, there is a very ugly side of the left that comes out when Nikki Haley runs for office.”
Imagine that… a speck of truth coming from someone at CNN.
