Mayorkas Slammed Hard, He’s Done

Mayorkas

Not just one but “nearly two dozen” conservative lawmakers are pounding Alejandro Mayorkas relentlessly over the illegal abuse of his “parole” loophole. They’re formally demanding answers about details of DHS “policies related to the ongoing crisis at the southern border.” He won’t call it a crisis because that would mean he’s a failure, he insists. Conservatives are calling “bullsh!t.” It is a crisis and he is a failure.

Mayorkas melting in the heat

Fox News is making a big fuss out of a letter written by “nearly two dozen Republicans” pushing Domestic Security Minister Alejandro Mayorkas hard for “answers on policies related to the ongoing crisis at the southern border.” They note the nastygram comes “after fiery hearings in both the House and Senate and a ruling by a federal judge.” That ruling was something else.

The Honorable T. Kent Wetherell penned such classic observations as describing the border as a “meaningless line in the sand” and nothing but a “speed bump” for mass illegal migration. He had other juicy things to say which intimidated Joe and Al so bad they didn’t bother filing an appeal of his ruling.

That, Fox writes, “dealt a blow to the administration’s policies that allow migrants to be paroled.” You could say that. You could also say Mayorkas is shirking his duties. Or else, ignoring them on purpose.

The responsibilities of the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security include maintaining the security of our nation’s borders and the administration and enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws,” 22 Republicans led by Oklahoma lawmaker Josh Brecheen write. “This is not occurring.

In Florida, Judge Wetherell squashed the Biden regime’s “Parole + ATD” scheme like a bug, ruling it totally “unlawful.” There’s another huge suit still pending in Louisiana on the issues not covered by the Florida case. Mayorkas is still stinging from the slap he got when Wetherell wrote, that the administration “effectively turned the Southwest Border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speed bump for aliens flooding into the country.

That was just for openers. “Collectively, these actions were akin to posting a flashing ‘Come In, We’re Open‘ sign on the southern border,” he wrote in a 109-page opinion. It also compared the DHS’s position on not having enough bed space to that of “a child who kills his parents and then seeks pity for being an orphan.

Order and humanity

Mayorkas defends rolling out the red carpet for every terrorist who wants to stroll on in by claiming “it is bringing order and humanity to border policy.” The agenda of Joe Biden and the New World Order is to erase all the borders from the face of the earth by 2030. That way, the big bankers in Brussels can give all the orders.

The real Biden plan, which Alejandro is simply putting into action, calls for letting everyone in, giving them, and all the ones already here lurking in the shadows, total amnesty. Make them citizens and register them as Democrats. The only thing standing in their way are rebellious conservative judges like Wetherell and Donald Trump. Trump has to go, they insist. Any way they can make that happen.

The lawmakers are concerned because Mayorkas is ignoring the laws they made already. “A major component of these failed policies is DHS’ disregard for enforcing existing immigration law, such as your department’s abuse of parole,” they write, reminding that “humanitarian parole is defined by statute as being limited to a ‘case-by-case basis‘ for ‘urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.

The administration “has used not only the parole + ATD program to release migrants into the U.S., but has also introduced a policy announced in January that allows for up to 30,000 migrants from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua to be paroled in.” That’s the part the Louisiana case addresses.

Fox explains that “over 20 Republican states have sued over that policy, saying it is unlawful.” The judge is expected to agree. Biden and Mayorkas continue to act like “the policy has contributed to a sharp drop in encounters at the border in January and February.” That’s “disinformation” because they’re now flying in at airports around the country. They make appointments on their phone and the ones who win the daily slot lottery get a VIP escort into the heartland, a free cell phone and a welcome to America starter pack.

The lawmakers know all that so Al’s excuse is a bunch of crap, the lawmakers suggest. The regime’s policies are “negatively impacting our constituents’ lives.” They included a whole list of things they want explained, in detail, with records to back it all up.
