Three Tennessee Democrats stood to be expelled from their state legislature for leading a protest during a legislative session.
Their disruption led to a vote to expel them.
Two of the three members, both black were expelled, with the white member managing to avoid expulsion by a single vote.
Now, after cries of racism, the GOP has folded and allowed them back in.

The protest was over gun right in the state of Tennessee after multiple mass shootings.
Reverend Mark Thompson stated, “The word is right. It’s jubilant.
“Last week they sent these two gentlemen home, but it’s Easter weekend.
“So they’ve been resurrected.
“They’re back in their seats.
“And whatever the Republicans here were up to has been thwarted for now.”
Democrats played this out as silencing dissenting voices, but these two members literally lead a group to protest on the floor of the State House, trying to drown out proceeding with a bullhorn.
They all deserved to be booted, plain and simple.
So, Rep. Justin Jones and Rep. Justin Pearson are now back in their seats.
The third member, Rep. Gloria Johnson, sided with the radicals, stating that the only reason she was still there was because she was white.
With every passing day, our party loses a little more backbone.
