Once again, the courts have ruled that Biden officials were complicit in censoring Americans.

This most recent court ruling was not a complete victory, however.

While the appeals court upheld the injunction, one Biden agency was let off the hook.

Stop Censoring People

As we all know, the Biden administration was working with social media platforms to silence the American people.

Biden officials named, the CDC, and the FBI were all ordered to back off.

The decision stated that they “shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech.

“That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies’ decision-making processes.”

The exception was the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which was let off the hook.

A former Trump staffer disagreed with the decision…

The agency stated that it was not censoring people, which, technically, may be true.

From the reports I read, however, they were among those pointing fingers at who they wanted to be censored.

Among those being targeted were Charlie Kirk, Tom Fitton, Jack Posobiec, Mark Levin, James O’Keefe, and Sean Hannity, as well as right-leaning outlets, such as Breitbart News, Fox News, the New York Post, and the Epoch Times.
