Leadership in GOP seemed a bit surprised by all this, but not the rest of us.
Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) was arrested and charged.
The conman of the GOP has been charged with, among other things, fraud.
Lies, Lies, and More Lies
Nothing about Santos has been authentic.
He completely made up his resume to get elected to office.
Then, after this was all exposed, leadership, meaning Speaker McCarthy (R-CA), refused to remove him from office.
Instead, an ethics investigation was launched and Santos was taken off all committee assignments.
Basically, he has grifted his way into a $174,000 paycheck for doing nothing.
After he was arrested, Santos held a presser, which was a complete and utter joke.
He stated, “I’m gonna have to go and fight to defend myself.
“The reality is, it’s a witch hunt because it makes no sense that in four months, five months, I’m indicted.”
He continued, “I’m gonna fight my battle, I’m going to deliver.”
I have never wanted someone to go to jail so badly in my life.
If our movement is going to be successful, we need to shed this clown show as soon as possible.
