You do not have to be a fan of the Royals to be utterly disgusted by a recent comment by Hillary Clinton.
Why Hillary was on the Sunday morning circuit this weekend is beyond me, but she was.
During her appearance on “State of the Union” with Dana Bash, Hillary dared to compare Queen Elizabeth to Nancy Pelosi, two women that could not be further apart.
Uhm, No!
Queen Elizabeth was in her mid-20s when she was forced to sit on the throne.
This was completely unexpected, but she more or less gave up her life and vowed to devote herself to England.
Like her or hate her, most people still respect this woman.
Nancy Pelosi is a hustler who has used her position to load up her own pockets and dump on everyone she is supposed to represent.
Yet, when Hillary was asked about Pelosi, she stated, “I think Nancy Pelosi is the gutsiest woman in politics right now.
“She has shown, through all kinds of turmoil and challenge, what it means to — somewhat like the queen to be drawing an analogy here — get up every day, put on those high heels she wears, suit up to fight for the values and ideals that she strongly believes in.”
Do her values include getting her drunk husband off DUI charges?
Do they include using insider information to make her family rich?
Do they include ignoring lockdown conditions she put in place because Pelosi believes she is above everyone else?
Oh, I forgot, this is Hillary Clinton we are talking about, so those types of values are exactly what she admires in someone!
