Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) is still not backing down from Biden.
The man wants the pipeline that he was promised for West Virginia.
It would also appear that he going to make Biden’s life a living hell until he gets it.
You Promised
As I have stated before, when Manchin caved to all those spending bills, his reward was a pipeline.
When it came time to give it to him, Schumer and Biden pulled the amendment because progressives were pushing back.
Manchin has been on a tear ever since.
Now he is threatening to hold up all Biden’s EPA nominees.
Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) seems to be getting a kick out of it.
He stated, “He is giving the administration fits, and I think … he probably feels like they have it coming.
“They threw him under the bus with the [Inflation Reduction Act] and permitting stuff, and it looks to me he’s demonstrating a pretty serious effort to point that out.”
Manchin, who had taken some hits, is now polling well for standing up to Biden.
However, this will be short-lived because the moment that pipeline is approved, Manchin will become a yes man again.
Trust me, I have seen this man operate and once he gets what he wants, he becomes Biden and Schumer’s lapdog again.
