One California school district set a precedent which terrifies liberal indoctrinators nationwide. They lost a major “landmark” lawsuit to the parents of a student they “transitioned” in secret. That means all the other districts are liable for similar actions.

Everyone is calling the settlement offer by Spreckels Union School District in Monterey County, California, a “landmark victory for parental rights.” The progressive district agreed to pay $100,000 to the mother of a girl who “was ‘socially transitioned‘ to a boy without parental knowledge or consent.”
Jessica Konen filed a lawsuit after her daughter, 11-year-old Alicia, was brainwashed into thinking “that she may be upset because she didn’t know who she ‘truly was inside.‘” That was only the beginning.
Schools across America have been working hard to create a gender-bending “fad.” By capitalizing on the ordinary human instinct to question and explore self-sexuality in adolescence, they hope to indoctrinate future generations in a form of “psychological birth control.” The idea seems to be “save the planet” by killing off all the humans.

It’s no coincidence that birth rates are down all over the world. Every school in America will hand a diploma to students who never learned to read or write, then unleash them on the world to become doctors and government officials. It’s not surprising that the one Alicia attended “allowed her to use the boy’s bathroom, used male pronouns to refer to her and was ‘socially transitioned’ away from her biological gender.” They couldn’t tell her mom about it, though.
“Once Konen found out that her daughter was being identified as a male and socially transitioning without her knowledge, she sued the district.” The school had no right to do that and since then, Alicia “has since decided to re-identify as a girl.”
Even though they just cashed in, thanks to the Center for American Liberty, Ms. Konen “vowed to keep fighting for parental rights.”
Understand their place
“They need to understand their place, and they need to stay in their place. And schools nowadays, they’re awful. So, I’m going to fight this fight and keep fighting this fight,” Konen declares. “I am not going to allow this to keep happening to children.” The school should be teaching the basics of reading, writing, arithmetic, history and civics.
Instead, they teach an infinite number of genders and refuse to define the word woman. It’s going to be real interesting to see what happens to the medical profession trained in common core biology.
Common core math is the reason engineers design self-cleaning pedestrian bridges with WiFi and gathering spaces which collapse before they’re open for traffic.

The support cables were an afterthought and hadn’t been installed yet. It was designed by a school of engineering.
According to Mark Trammell, Executive Director of the Center for American Liberty, “at its core, this case is about upholding the sacred bond between parents and their children. Parents have an inherent right to be involved in pivotal decisions concerning their children’s lives.”
The school can’t take that away from them, no matter how socially popular it is. Just because the Department of Education recommends the practice doesn’t make it legal. One lawsuit after another should teach liberal indoctrinators the lesson they missed.
