Nadine Menendez will soon be joining her husband behind bars in federal prison. A jury in New York declared her just as guilty as he is. The disgraced former Democrat senator representing New Jersey is the one everyone likes to call “Gold Bar Bob.” They ran a “years-long bribery scheme that included stacks of cash, gold bars and a Mercedes-Benz.”
Nadine Menendez convicted
On Monday, April 21, Nadine Menendez “was found guilty on all 15 counts, including bribery and obstruction of justice.”
The 58-year-old socialite clearly aided and encouraged “her husband, ex-Sen Robert Menendez, who received lavish gifts in exchange for political favors.”
The reason Nadine is just now going off to club fed is because her trial was delayed. She and Bob were both indicted in September 2023.
He was quickly sent off to the gray bar hotel but her trial was “delayed for breast cancer treatments.”
We won’t learn her final fate until sentencing. That’s currently set for June 12. Bob was sent up the river for 11 years last July.
Nobody is speculating on how long a stretch Nadine is facing but she’s expected to get something similar.

Partners in crime
Nobody can say that Nadine Menendez didn’t do her best to help her husband’s career.
The Southern District of New York issued a statement declaring the affectionate couple were “partners in crime” who participated in “corrupt official acts.”
Prosecutors were incredibly thrilled to get convictions on all counts. Especially from a jury pool picked from liberal New York Democrats. Putting Nadine away sets a good example.

“Today’s verdict sends the clear message that the power of government officials may not be put up for sale.” Bob sold us out to Egypt.
Bob couldn’t have piled up those gold bars without her help. Federal prosecutors detailed how Nadine “was an indispensable part of her husband’s bribery scheme.” She personally “accepted the cash and other gifts on behalf of the former senator.”
While Nadine was out spending his ill gotten gains, Bob Menendez “was the top-ranking Democrat on the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee.“
