Reports heading into the Trump indictment stated that Judge Merchan was going to put a gag order on Donald Trump.
The gag order was not given, but Trump was issued a warning about posting rhetoric that would get people all amped.
So what did Trump do when he left the court and returned to Mar-a-Lago?
Well, he posted inflammatory rhetoric about the judge and Bragg in complete defiance of the order.
You Don’t Tell Me!
There is no way that Trump was going to stay silent, and it took him all of about an hour to break the order given to him by the judge.
Trump went right on Truth Social, posting:
“VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN. THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL.
“ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS.
“HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH HUNT TRIAL.
“HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR ‘KAMALA’ & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT!!!”
He also took a shot at Bragg:
“D.A. BRAGG JUST ILLEGALLY LEAKED THE 33 points of Indictment.
“There are no changes or surprises from those he leaked days ago directly out of the Grand Jury.
“No Crime by Trump.
“What a MESS. Bragg should resign, NOW!”
Trump’s next hearing is scheduled in December, but if he keeps this up, and we all know he will, expect him to get called back into the courtroom by Judge Merchan.
Until then, I would expect nothing but pure venom.
