Donald Trump has had few wins on the legal front.

Sadly, for Trump, that news is not going to get any better.

Trump drew one of the toughest judges possible in his latest criminal case.

The Punisher

DC federal Judge Tanya Chutkan has earned the moniker of “punisher” for the sentences she hands out to rioters related to the riot at the Capitol on January 6.

In a profile piece on AP, it stated, “Chutkan has handed out tougher sentences than the [Justice Department] was seeking in seven cases, matched its requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars.

“In the four cases in which prosecutors did not seek jail time, Chutkan gave terms ranging from 14 days to 45 days.”

Chuktan drew the case being brought by special counsel Jack Smith, where Trump is facing a slew of charges.

Trump is on notice that even when prosecutors are not recommending jail time, she is dishing it out.

AP wrote, “…an Ohio couple [who] climbed through a broken window of the U.S. Capitol and livestreamed a video of themselves inside[, a] Texas mortgage broker [who] posed for a selfie in front of rioters breaching the building [and an] Indiana hair salon owner celebrated on Facebook a day after she joined the pro-Donald Trump mob” were all put in jail when prosecutors had not given a prison recommendation.

Chutkan is an Obama-appointed judge, so her sentencing narrative is not really a surprise.

She also has very strong ties to the Democrat Party, including Hunter Biden.

She and Hunter both worked at the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, just not at the same time.

If there is any way this woman can put Trump in jail, you better believe she will try and do it.
