After having campaigned for Harris, all of a sudden Bill Clinton is a hot product again.
Clinton has been doing all the late-night shows and regular media.
He also recently stopped by “The View,” offering his insight into the Trump presidency and Biden’s last few weeks in office.
I’ll Take the Pardon
Clinton is clearly worried that Kash Patel is about to be inserted as the Director of the FBI, especially since Hillary Clinton is on Patel’s alleged list of people he wants to take down.
Patel believes Hillary got away with crimes as Secretary of State and was let off the hook by then-FBI Director James Comey.
To that point, when asked about Hillary, her time as Secretary of State, and running against Trump in 2016, as well as if it would be a good idea for Hillary to get a pre-emptive pardon from Joe Biden, Bill responded, “They’ve got a problem with her because first, she didn’t do anything wrong. Second, she followed the rules exactly as they were written. Third, Trump’s State Department — Trump’s State Department — found — remember how the emails were such a big issue in 2016?
“Trump’s State Department found that Hillary sent and received exactly zero classified emails on her personal device. It was a made-up phony story.”
I know this may shock you, but Bill is lying.
If you check the press release on the subject that was given by Comey, he stated, “From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.
“Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were ‘up-classified’ to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.”
Hillary did not get off the hook because she did not break the law. She got off the hook because Comey decided it would have been too hard to win a case in court, so she was given a pass.
Bill continued, “So, you know, I guess if Kash Patel is determined to make one up, he could do it, but I think if President Biden wanted to talk to me about that, I will talk to him about it, but I don’t think I should be giving public advice on the pardon power. I think it’s too — it’s a very personal thing, but it is — I hope he won’t do that, Trump, you know.
“Most of us get out of this world ahead of where we’d get if all we got was simple justice. And so it’s normally a fool’s ear and to spend a lot of time trying to get even.”
They keep pitching this “revenge” narrative because they know they broke the law.
I have said it time and time again… it’s not revenge if you prove they broke law or abused their power.
