A new poll by the Trafalgar group has President Trump taking the lead against Joe Biden in Michigan. Trump now leads Biden 46.6% to 45.2%. Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgenson is polling at 3.2%.
President Trump won Michigan by a narrow margin in 2016, with 47.5% of the total votes over Hillary Clinton, who received 47.27%. This was the narrowest margin of victory in Michigan’s presidential election history, only 0.23%.
The Trafalgar group was the only polling firm to correctly predict President Trump winning Michigan in 2016.
This new poll effected the RealClearPolitics average by lowering Biden’s lead in Michigan to just 2.6%.
The new Trafalgar group poll also shows Republican Senate candidate John James leading over incumbent Democrat Senator Gary Peters.

In this poll, Trump closes gap in battleground states:
Arizona: Biden 49%, Trump 47%
Florida: Biden 49%, Trump 46%
Michigan: Biden 50%, Trump 44%
North Carolina: Biden 48%, Trump 47%
Pennsylvania: Biden 49%, Trump 46%

Other Polls
A new Hill-HarrisX poll shows that after the Republican National Convention, President Trump’s job approval rose 9 percentage points among black voters. He now stands at 24% approval. The poll also showed his support among hispanic voters rose 2 percentage points, which brings it to 32%. Although Biden is still leading in polls with minority voters, President Trump has gained more of their support than many previous Republican presidents and nominees.
Sure would like to see Trump in the lead in New York & California! But that’s not ever going to happen.
