Before top administration officials get pulled limb-from-limb, like a 15 week fetus, by angry abortionists, Joe Biden signed an Imperial Palace Decree live on the air. There is absolutely nothing His Wisdom can do about guaranteeing a right to abortion so he did it on network TV. The propaganda ministry was sure to drag Kamala Harris out in front of the camera to help Joe do nothing. Screaming Democrats are howling for someone to fix what that mean Supreme Court went and did.
Biden issues meaningless decree
Before Joe Biden finds himself aborted by his loyal followers he very publicly autographed a meaningless executive order on Friday. His palace decree is “aimed at protecting abortion rights” but the pitiful little squirt-gun falls far short of hitting any target.
Since you can’t get an actual abortion, he’s making baby killing drugs easier to get. He also wants to guarantee you have the right to all the contraception you want, even though none of that was under any threat. “All you need to do,” Joe’s handlers assured him, “is act like it will do something. Otherwise, we won’t make it home alive tonight.” They really hoped he could remember his lines.
Joe didn’t want to actually lie about anything so he stuck to the selected truth. This Imperial Decree he’s signing right now, here in front of everyone, he promises, “will safeguard access to abortion care and contraceptives, protect patient privacy and establish an interagency task force to use ‘every federal tool available to protect access to reproductive health care.‘”
Staffers started to relax a little. His quick fix “will also increase public education efforts and bolster the security of and the legal options available to those seeking and providing abortion services.” They wrote that up in a handout because they knew he would never remember that much.
When it was all done, they took Joe back to his private quarters and fed him some ice cream. He deserved it for his performance. As he made a big deal of inking his decree, His Wisdom “laid out a hypothetical scenario, one that he believes to be more likely after the court’s ruling, to explain the stakes,” CNN explains to their readers.
“A patient comes into an emergency room in any state in the union, she is … experiencing a life-threatening miscarriage, but the doctor is going to be so concerned about being criminalized for treating her they delay treatment to call the hospital lawyer, who’s concerned the hospital will be penalized if the doctor provides the life-saving care.” That fantasy could happen but it’s up to congress to do something to prevent it. Nancy Pelosi can’t even get her hubby’s DUI fixed.
Outrageous and dangerous
Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra stood back nervously next to Kamala Harris as Joe went on an un-educated diatribe in defense of his meaningless decree. One would think someone who spent as many years in the senate as he has would understand the actual functions of our three branches of government.
The decision that SCOTUS made, saying Roe v. Wade was an unconstitutional mistake, because it grabbed power away from the individual states, is a final one. There is nothing the administrative branch can do to change it. Congress can but won’t and voters are getting really nervous about who they’re going to vote for this November.
Afterward, CNN patiently explained to liberals that really, there is no action Joe Biden can take by imperial decree “to restore the nationwide right to an abortion in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling, and Biden has acknowledged publicly his options to expand abortion access remain limited.”

Liberals who watch Jimmy Kimmel think Joe can wave a magic pen and write any law he wants. That’s because they were educated in public schools that teach a common core curricula. The lowest possible common denominator is 0. Ask any mathematician what happens when a denominator gets down that low. Joe’s poll numbers are following that same trend.
At this point, Joe’s handlers are kicking around the idea of “declaring a public health emergency.” They haven’t figured out how to make that happen by decree yet but the option “is definitely not off the table.” The biggest problem with going that route is a public health emergency “doesn’t free very many resources” and “doesn’t release a significant amount of legal authority.”
Advocates snicker when they hear that as part of this wonderful new plan, Attorney General Merrick Garland will provide “technical assistance to states affording legal protection to out-of-state patients as well as providers who offer legal reproductive health care.” In government speak “Technical assistance” actually means “read and explain the law to them.“
