Breaking: Ron Jeremy INDICTED

Jeremy

Legendary porn star Ron Jeremy has been officially indicted on “more than 30 sexual assault counts.” For some reason, that’s not a surprise. He must be one of the biggest targets in the industry. Charges are one thing and conviction another. These days, everyone wants to cash in on a big lawsuit payoff.

Jeremy facing serious charges

Ron Jeremy Hyatt says he’s not guilty. That’s his story and he’s sticking to it. Just because he’s a household name in the porn industry doesn’t make him a sex fiend or a pervert. After a day of filming multiple “takes” on the set, the last thing he wants to do when he gets home is have sex.

That didn’t stop 21 alleged “victims” from coming up with stories of abuse dating back “more than two decades.”

According to liberal leaning District Attorney George Gascón, far “too often, survivors of sexual assault suffer in isolation. We must ensure that survivors have all options available to help with recovery, including trauma-informed services for healing and support to report such crimes.”

He’s right except that for some reason what was really a meet and greet handshake at some party gets remembered years later a whole lot differently. Ask Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Especially when the alleged attacker has really deep pockets. Ron Jeremy may turn out to be the victim in this case.

Through his attorneys, Jeremy pleaded not guilty on all 12 counts of forcible rape. He swears up and down there wasn’t any “forcible oral copulation” as charged in seven counts. As far as the “six counts of sexual battery by restraint, four counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, two counts of sexual penetration of an unconscious or asleep person,” he says his accusers are dreaming.

On the final and most heinous counts, “one count each of lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 or 15, and sodomy by use of force and assault with intent to commit rape” he firmly insists he’s being framed.

Indicted by grand jury

The grand jury levied the charges on August 19 but it was under seal until Thursday, August 26. The paperwork details how Jeremy allegedly assaulted the 21 women “over a 23-year span dating back to 1996.” The alleged victims “range in age from 15 to 51.”

The oldest charges come from a then 19-year-old woman who “was allegedly raped by the defendant during a photo shoot in the San Fernando Valley.” She possibly signed a release and was paid to do whatever happened. The next alleged crime occurred in 2000. That’s when “a 26-year-old woman was allegedly raped by Hyatt at a party in a nightclub.” Similar events are claimed by others between 2002 and 2003.

The sexual assault on “a 15-year-old girl” allegedly happened in June of 2004 and there aren’t any other details available. Jeremy also allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl “at a home in Woodland Hills in 2008.”

One alleged incident happened in public at a bar. “January 2013, Hyatt is accused of sexually assaulting a 38-year-old woman at a West Hollywood bar the defendant frequented.”

The real story behind that one will probably be something like she was sitting at the bar drinking as usual when she fell off her stool. As soon as Jeremy saw her lying there helpless he just had to have his way with her.” America would be paying a whole lot more attention if the charges were recent.

If the stories were true, one would think that the victim would have come forward way before now. As in every criminal case, the accused is innocent until proven guilty. Stay tuned until the star gets his day in court for the rest of the story.
