A few weeks ago, I had zero doubt that Donald Trump was going to be indicted over the classified documents being held at Mar-a-Lago.
When Joe Biden got caught holding classified documents in his office and home, it more or less meant that Trump is going to get off the hook.
The only way that does not happen is if Joe Biden gets indicted, which we know is unlikely to happen.

The fact that Biden has these classified documents is a major out for Joe Biden.
As far public perception is concerned, at least reasonable people, the minute details will not matter one bit.
You cannot indict one man while giving another a pass for what amounts to be the same “crime.”
You surely cannot do that when the one being indicted is not the party in power and the one that gets the pass is.
