Talk to every Justice on the bench and they adored Justice Antonin Scalia.
From the conservative side, he is considered the brightest constitutional mind in ages.
Yet, for some reason, an Emory Law professor has decided to attack Justice Scalia, claiming he was basically a member of the KKK.
Disgusting
Scalia, in my opinion, was about as fair as it got when it came to bench decisions.
He was guided by one principle and one principle only… the Constitution.
Scalia even issued rulings that he did not ideologically agree with because that is what the rule of law and the Constitution dictated.
Professor Darren Hutchinson did not see it that way.

I would post Hutchinson’s tweets, but he now has his account blocked from public view, he is that confident in his conclusion.
Hutchinson’s openly called Scalia a “racist.”
The Fox News report stated, “He said on Twitter, ‘Justice Scalia was basically a Klansman.’
“The professor believed that Scalia should have been impeached over an opinion he wrote in the 1987 case McCleskey v. Kemp.”
This argument has become far too convenient for the far left, but Hutchinson is now facing the wrath over such an outlandish accusation, hence his account being restricted.
That, however, does change the fact this man is now molding young legal minds at Emory.
