Someone who formerly served as FBI assistant director, Chris Swecker, is “blasting the bureau,” Fox News reports, for the “glaring disparity” between the handling of the Donald Trump and Joe Biden classified document cases. The double standard is on full display and Swecker simply had to call them out on it.
FBI double standard
The one sided system of justice at the Just Us Department is on such full display that it’s making oldschool FBI bigwigs look bad.
Former assistant director Chris Swecker decided to speak out after classified documents started showing up here, there and everywhere Joe Biden goes. The first batch was found before the election, on November 2. We’re just learning about them now.

The FBI raided Donald Trump’s home on suspicion of similar documents but it wasn’t the bureau who raided Joe’s garage. Joe Biden’s lawyer did the search. He also searched through Joe’s study and found some more.
That’s all there are, the lawyer insists. It’s okay, you can trust me, I’m a lawyer. I promise I didn’t make any crucial evidence disappear or anything.
Swecker spent 24 years in the FBI as a special agent and retired from the bureau as assistant director for the criminal investigative division.
He’s not happy with the kid glove treatment Joe Biden is getting. He told Fox on Saturday, January 14, that “the Justice Department is handling things with Biden in a ‘genteel‘ way” when it comes to Joe.
Identical facts
Despite the identical facts in both cases, the treatment Donald Trump got from the FBI was glaringly different. They raided his home.
It seems to Swecker like Merrick Garland is letting “Biden allies to decide what is looked through and what isn’t, as well as what is taken from the properties and what isn’t.” They didn’t give Donald Trump that option.
“This is yet another example, I think, of the genteel way the left and the right are handled,” he notes Trump gets an FBI raid and Joe gets a heads up. Biden’s mouthpiece, Richard Sauber, issued a statement on Saturday.

He admitted that “five additional pages of documents with classified markings were found at Biden’s Delaware home Thursday evening, making a total of six classified documents retrieved from the house — in addition to the documents discovered in the garage.”
The documents in the garage which the FBI didn’t raid where stored where Hunter Biden could get into them. Or anyone who knows how to hack a garage door opener. The ones at his “think tank” office were next to an office used by Hunter.
It could turn out that Hunter Biden was the one carrying the boxes around in the first place. Joe really didn’t know they were there because they were mixed in with the rest of Hunter’s junk.
