One of Donald Trump’s biggest allies in the media is no more.
Lara Trump, Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, has parted ways with Fox News.
Per Fox News policy, Trump’s candidacy meant that Lara and the network had to part ways.
Big Loss for Trump
Trump’s surrogates on Fox News are dropping like flies, so this is a major loss for him.
Lara Trump defended everything Trump has ever said and done, always finding a way to justify his actions.
Trump will no longer have that mouthpiece on Fox News, basically leaving him with Sean Hannity as his only surrogate on the network.

And I don’t know if you have noticed lately, but even Hannity has backed off recently.
My guess on that front is that Murdoch, who has openly stated he does not support Trump running again in 2024, has put an unofficial policy in place that Trump is not to dominate the airwaves like he did in 2016.
I think that in this cycle, we are going to be seeing a lot more Ron DeSantis and a lot less Trump.
Trump would do well to just drop his candidacy and get in line behind someone like DeSantis, or he is going to suffer an embarrassing loss.
At this point, even his chances of getting out of the primary are in question.
