House Republican Greg Steube has gone to extraordinary lengths in his efforts to remove Joe Biden from the White House.
In a recent social media post, he announced that he had filed four separate articles of impeachment against the current President.
Steube called for urgent action to be taken against Biden, citing alleged abuses of power and criminal behavior.
He stated that “it’s long past time” for Biden to go and claimed evidence was mounting that showed he had been involved in bribery, threats and fraud which had personally enriched him and his family.
The four articles of impeachment are as follows:
The first article accuses Biden of abusing his power by taking bribes and engaging in extortion and honest services fraud with his son Hunter and brother James.
It suggests they sold access to Joe while he was in office between 2009-2017 as well as promising access to a future presidential administration while out of office.
Hunter is said to have threatened business partners that official actions could be taken against them if they did not adhere to certain conditions or make payments.
It is further alleged Joe was aware of these threats and willing to assist Hunter in enforcing them through official channels if necessary.
This constitutes an abuse of power alongside federal crimes such as bribery, extortion under color of official right, honest services fraud relating to use of official position – all punishable under 18 U.S. Code section 201, 1951 & 1346 respectively.
The second article claims some members from within Biden’s campaign colluded with Justice Department officials with the intent on interfering with investigations into tax crimes involving Hunter Biden.
The implication being Joe may have been behind this obstruction of justice as per 18 U.S Code sections 1505, 1510 & 1512.
The third article alleges James recruited investors for various business ventures but promised more than could be delivered upon due diligence being undertaken by said investors, using access/support from Joe as a lure.
This would constitute fraud or conspiracy to commit fraud according 18 U S code sections 1943 & 1949.
Finally the fourth article claims Joe himself has a history regarding financial involvement in drug & prostitution transactions between 2010-2019 amounting thousands dollars – offences which violate 21 US code sections 841 , 842 , 843 & 846, plus federal prostitution laws at 18 US code sections 2421 , 2421A & 2422.
All things considered it appears House Republican Greg Steube is determined on removing President Joe Biden from office.
