Joe Biden just took a pretty significant loss in the courts.
A federal judge has blocked Title 42 from being stopped on December 21.
Biden has been after this rule from his first day in office, and now that fight will continue.

Title 42 is the last thing standing between our border and complete mayhem.
The border situation is already only hanging by a thread, but the one tool left to remove people from this country was about to die in a week.
Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk argued that the Biden administration failed to “adequately consider costs to States and their reliance interests” and that there is a “likelihood of irreparable harm in the absence of preliminary relief,” according to the New York Post report.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who was joined by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, celebrated.
He stated, “I sued Biden nearly 2 yrs. ago to keep Remain-in-Mexico. The Admin played games all the way to SCOTUS, but tonight Texas & USA WINS.
“Biden’s open-border agenda won’t survive my legal attacks.”
Schmitt added, “BREAKING: In our lawsuit against the Biden Administration over their cancellation of the ‘Remain in Mexico’ Policy, a federal court in Texas just stayed the Biden Administration’s latest memo cancelling MPP, keeping the vital program in place.”
Biden has been ramping down the rule since August for the December 20 end, but the rule will remain in place.
If Biden follows it, well, that is something else entirely.
