A Louisiana based federal judge sided with the conservative plaintiffs and slammed the brakes on Joe Biden’s impending migrant invasion. The administration can’t stop using Title 42 as a reason for deporting border jumpers, at least temporarily.
Judge grants injunction
On Monday, April 25, The Hill and various other outlets started spreading the word that Judge Robert Summerhays “intends to block the Biden administration’s plans for rescinding Title 42.” Even the Democrats are breathing a sigh of relief over this one.
Sure, they could use cheap nannies and landscapers but Texas is actually daring to ship the ones pouring in now straight to the district, for safekeeping.
Title 42 was expected to fade into the sunset on May 23, rolling out the red carpet for around 18,000 plus immigrants, anticipated to arrive every single day, while supplies last.
Then, Judge Summerhays threw a monkey wrench into the New World Order’s plan to erase the border completely.
Even though his injunction is only temporary, conservatives call the decision Judge Summerhays issued a huge victory. Louisiana, Missouri and Arizona initially filed the lawsuit.
Since then the number of plaintiffs has swelled to include 20 Republican voting states. Asylum seekers are disappointed.
Specifics not final
The final terms and conditions of the ruling haven’t been worked out yet. The judge sent both teams of lawyers back to their lairs and told them to figure out some sort of agreement, then get back to him. The official language states, “the parties will confer regarding the specific terms to be contained in the Temporary Restraining Order and attempt to reach agreement.”
If they can’t stop screaming at each other long enough to hammer out some kind of compromise, he’ll step back in as referee. Until then, it’s a cage match.
Under Title 42, about half the invaders are turned back around and sent home without even saying hello. Democrats loath the practice. They want anyone to come in who desires to, no matter what their background or which terror group they represent.
After all, don’t we live in one big happy global government set up? Brussels calls the shots and those imaginary lines called borders are a thing of the past. Judge Summerhays is one of the few fighting to maintain the nation of America and its Constitution at the same time.
Democrats like Raul Grijalva of Arizona are hopping mad. He’s counting on all the immigrants to register as Democrat voters.
“The Trump-initiated Title 42 was part of his anti-immigrant hate and fear agenda that used the pandemic as an excuse to deny asylum seekers their legal rights to due process. It must end now,” Grijalva whined. It’s a good thing the judge said, “not so fast.“
