I have to tell you, I wish I could say that I am shocked, but that is hardly the case.
With every passing day, we find out there was another government agency that was plotting against Trump in 2020.
Reports broke this week that the CIA actually did approve the letter that went out to claim the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
How?
The former agent that was behind the writing of the letter is Michael Morell.
At first, it seemed that there was no way the CIA could have approved the letter because of the timeline.
However, it appears that the approval was fast-tracked so he could get it out there.
The letter, however, did not include the usual disclaimers that are supposed to be in the letter that show the opinion does not reflect the beliefs of the CIA.
That approval is merely to say that no classified information is contained in the letter itself.
Fox News obtained confirmation of a response to Morell’s inquiry that stated, “The board determined it contains no classified information and can be published.
“Agency approval for publication of this material does not represent Agency endorsement or verification of this work.”
This is a bit of a game changer because of how fast the letter was approved as well as the omission of the disclaimer.
