Hunter Biden is in the middle of a lot of legal turmoil, and it just got more complicated.
After two tax misdemeanors were dismissed by a Delaware judge at the request of Department of Justice prosecutors, three attorneys from Latham & Watkins LLP have chosen to withdraw from his ongoing case.
This sudden shakeup has raised questions about what will happen next for Hunter’s legal defense.
Meanwhile, there are many other controversies hovering around this case – and we’ve got all the details here.
BREAKING: Three more of Hunter Biden's lawyers have quit on him after the sweetheart deal with the Biden DOJ completely fell apart.
Maybe they realized they would have to do actual work instead of being handed favors by the DOJ.

On top of that, Hunter’s former top defense counsel Christopher J. Clark also withdrew from the case due to his role in failed guilty plea negotiations between DOJ prosecutors and Hunter’s legal team over an immunity provision for a felony gun charge.
In the withdrawal motion sent by Brian C. McManus, Timothy H. McCarten, and Matthew S. Salerno it stated that Hunter had been advised of and consented to their withdrawal with no material adverse effect or prejudice against him, but remained satisfied with Messrs Lowell’s and Jones’ representation going forward.
Abbe Lowell of Winston & Strawn LLP and Richard I.G. Jones Jr., Berger Harris LLP have taken over representing Hunter on his current case now as a result.
Adding further intrigue was when Latham & Watkins drew controversy after one staffer allegedly misrepresented herself to the Clerk’s office claiming she worked for Theodore Kittila who was attempting to have U.S District Judge Maryellen Noreika consider testimony from IRS whistleblowers concerning alleged political interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s activities.
This was something which was later attributed to miscommunication amongst staffers at Latham & Watkins who denied any intent to deceive in an affidavit sworn under oath.
Even amidst all this drama surrounding him, it seems like nothing can stop Hunter Biden from taking some time off with family – he’ll be joining up with President Joe Biden for a vacation in Lake Tahoe California even though he remains very much embroiled in these scandals.
