New York State Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan recently put a stop to District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s pursuit to view emails between former Trump executive assistant Rhona Graff and former first lady Melania Trump.

The judge determined that the subpoena issued by Bragg was too expansive.

Furthermore, he also blocked another subpoena searching for emails between Trump Organization employees and White House officials, two years of ex-President Donald Trump’s travel itineraries, as well as messages sent from Graff to Keith Schiller who served as director for Oval Office operations.

In his ruling against Bragg’s expansive request of emails from Melania Trump that could be relevant in convicting her husband of falsifying business records in 2016, Merchan argued that “this request would yield significantly more responsive records than necessary.”

Even though this particular subpoena was not accepted, it did not mean that all hope was lost for the district attorney.

A federal judge will determine if they can get their hands on video-recorded deposition given by President Donald J. Trump in a lawsuit initiated by an advice columnist E Jean Carroll who is accusing him of rape and defamation charges.

Since leaving her role at the White House, Former First Lady Melania has been living quite privately according to The New York Times article published Wednesday.

R Couri Hay, a publicist who knew Mrs. Trump before she held office said “From her point of view and her friends’ point of view, she’s been through a lot and she’s come out a strong independent woman.”

He continued saying “She’s learned how to close the door and close the shutters and remain private.”

Her confidante Kellyanne Conway spoke highly of Mrs. Trump describing her as “the most trusted and most transparent adviser” in support for Donald J Trump during his campaign trail run this year adding that there are few people like her who are so comfortable with themselves.

During his interview with John Fredericks Show Friday morning Trump shared how difficult it was having to break news to his wife about the upcoming indictment charges:

“It’s always unpleasant when you have to go in and tell your wife that, ‘By the way, tomorrow sometime I’m going to be indicted” he said adding, “And she says, ‘For what?’ And I say, ‘I have no idea, I have absolutely no idea”.
