Trump Makes Big Move

Russia

President Donald Trump was on the phone with Russia for a full three hours on March 18. Tuesday’s conference was a major step in the direction of peace for Ukraine. Despite Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s attempts to keep having an opinion. Vladimir Putin firmly agreed not to target “energy infrastructure” for 30 days. He already had the Kremlin issue the order.

Russia negotiating

It’s clear to seasoned negotiators that Russia is bargaining in “good faith.” Nobody expects them to cave in on anything this soon. That’s what the formal talks in Saudi Arabia are for.

What’s important at this stage is that Putin is wide open to working a solid deal with Donald Trump.

Russia isn’t dealing with “the United States” as a nation. They’re only at the table because Donald Trump is the one inviting them to sit down. The U.S. president has already convinced Vlad Putin that he appreciates the issues which started the conflict in the first place.

He apparently found a way to solve a problem for both of them at the same time. Neuter NATO and destroy the European “New World Order.

Both world leaders can see that the only ones benefiting from a shooting war in Ukraine are the European banking families who sell all the weapons and bullets.

Also, those same bankers loan both sides all the money they need to buy their arms and munitions. Trump gave Putin an opportunity for Russia to get off the tilted treadmill.

Technical negotiations

While both the White House and the Kremlin are keeping details of the conversation quiet, the Oval Office reports that “the leaders agreed that the movement to peace will begin with an energy and infrastructure ceasefire.

Meanwhile, Russia will send teams to the peace talks for “technical negotiations on implementation of a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea.

If all goes well, the deal will lead to “full ceasefire and permanent peace.” According to official sources, “these negotiations will begin immediately in the Middle East.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy keeps trying to have an opinion.

We’re holding talks with Russia in Saudi Arabia to keep European leaders, especially Zelenskyy, from distracting their focus. Trump is expecting to meet directly with the Russian president at the conference but getting their schedules to match has been a challenge.

Putin, as expected, still has some conditions. During the call he renewed his demands for the “need” to prevent Ukraine from “mobilizing troops and rearming its army.” Zelenskyy is a cornered rat who can’t be trusted so Putin wants Trump’s assurance the Ukrainian will be kept safely on a leash. Russia is also insisting on “complete cessation of foreign military aid and the provision of intelligence information to Kyiv.

The first part should be no problem because Trump canceled everyone’s foreign aid. As for the second, we cut Kyiv off from most intelligence last week. We’re insisting on the right to give them “defensive” intelligence in case Russia gets sneaky. That’s only fair.
