Donald Trump is, once again, finding out that our justice system is not always so just.
Trump has been getting hammered by liberal judges, and it just happened again.
A judge had ordered a Trump attorney to talk, once again, breaking attorney-client privilege.
No Breaks
Donald Trump’s senior adviser and legal counsel Boris Epshteyn was ordered to sit down and chat with the Special Counsel in the obstruction case.
The court believes that Trump’s legal adviser may have firsthand knowledge of Trump willingly committing a crime.
That is the only way the court can break the attorney-client privilege.
Epshteyn is a true insider for Trump.
He has served as Trump’s senior adviser on the 2024 campaign, and a member of the Trump legal team as the project-manager-esque person leading the civil and criminal lawyers as the in-house counsel.
He also happened to be one of the attorneys coordinating the turning over of the records to National Archives.
With what the special counsel thinks he knows, they will apply extreme pressure to try to get him to flip.
I don’t see Epshteyn being Michael Cohen 2.0, however.
