If you can believe it, the special counsel working on Hunter Biden’s case has finally agreed to indict Hunter Biden.
After Hunter’s plea deal fell apart, the judge gave prosecutors until September 6 to figure it all out.
On Wednesday, David Weiss informed the judge that they will be seeking an indictment against Hunter Biden for felony gun charges.
The Deal
Had the previous deal worked out, Hunter would have skipped on the gun charges.
He was going to plead guilty to lesser tax evasion charges to avoid the jail time associated with the felony gun charge.
So, with Joe Biden proclaiming that his son never did anything wrong, we could soon see Hunter in an orange jumpsuit.
This all goes back to a form signed by Hunter Biden where he lied about drug use.
The form asks if the potential buyer has ever had “an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.”
Hunter answered negatively, but his drug abuse is well documented, including having been kicked out of the Navy for using cocaine.
The GOP is not buying it, however, saying this is to distract from the bigger picture.
For instance, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) called it an “attempt to distract from the news and attack the frontrunner for the Republican nomination.”
I am just curious if they will still do some deal for Hunter or if Joe Biden has ordered him to be fed to the wolves to try to save the 2024 election.
