The Del Rio Sector of the Border Patrol has been totally overwhelmed by the invasion of immigrants pouring into America ever since the globalists assumed control. Liberal mayors whine about a few busloads straining their resources. Texas and Arizona in particular are totally buried in migrants.
Border stations overwhelmed
We’ve reached the point where border agents aren’t able to even process and tag the flood of invaders pouring in from around the world, across what used to be our southern line of sovereignty.
The toothless watchdog of an Inspector General watching over the Ministry of Domestic Security has proclaimed that not being able to keep up with the overwhelming challenge is breaking the law. CBP better step up the pace pronto or there will be legal bleep to pay.
Our esteemed guests aren’t being welcomed as warmly as they should be, the IG warns. For instance, the Del Rio Sector is “suffering from overcrowding and prolonged detention of migrants.” It needs to stop right now. The report card just came out for six Customs and Border Protection facilities in the Del Rio Sector from an inspection tour in March.

The current count for this fiscal year hovers around the 2.2 million mark which is a new record shattering all that came before it. Del Rio “has seen a 98% increase in encounters over last year’s already-historic numbers, with 428,555 encounters in Del Rio so far this FY compared to 215,724 in the same period FY21.” The year before it had gone up a whopping 216% from the one before that.
Instead of trying to close the gates or get the border agents some help to process in our new citizens, they expect the employees to quadruple their efforts. After a look around stations in Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Uvalde and Comstock, the IG was appalled to find “severe overcrowding and migrants being held longer than recommended under national standards for care.”
Just let them all wander loose, the IG recommends. We can deal with the criminals, terrorists, and those contaminated with contagious diseases when those problems surface in the heartland of America later.
Three days only
The border patrol can’t be running a Motel 6 for migrants, the IG scolds. Muriel Bowser just set one of those up in her city. In Del Rio, they have a reservation for a three day stay and then they need to get the boot. Dump them anywhere, just not Martha’s Vineyard, New York City or in Kamala’s front yard.
“We found that Border Patrol held 1,164 detainees in custody in four facilities longer than specified in the TEDS standards, which generally limit detention in these facilities to 72 hours.”
The day the inspector toured Eagle Pass it was holding 1,000 invaders while only rated for 500. They smelled pretty ripe because the “watchdog found that Border Patrol also did not provide regular showers and interpretation services.” They couldn’t gripe too much because the facility “did meet standards related to clothing, food, water and medication.”
Biden officials aren’t happy that “77% of detainees were held over 72 hours.” The way that broke down, “45% were held between 4-6 days, 30% held 7-10 days and 2% were held for longer than 11 days.”
After snarling about that, they admit that running criminal background checks and matching fingerprints with the terror data base takes time. “Most of those held were single adults males.” A mere “six family units were held longer than 72 hours.” The staff are to blame for not replicating themselves on demand. “The report also found that there were insufficient staff at the facilities with only 1,538 Border Patrol positions filled of the 1,700 authorized spots.”
They could use 5 times that. “It also faulted four of the five facilities for data integrity issues related to the provisions of supplies, showers and meals. Some detainees were marked as having showers when they hadn’t, or had been given wet wipes instead.” We’re supposed to be offering 5 star amenities and instead we pass out wet wipes. How cruel. That must be a violation of the Geneva Convention or something the Hague whipped up, liberals gasp. Can’t we print up some more money?
