The Office of Special Counsel’s investigation into the 2020 Election, ordered by the Wisconsin State Legislature under Special Counsel and Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman has presented its report to State Assembly and the results of the investigation are every bit as disturbing as many have feared. Justice Gableman testified to the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections in an informational hearing on March 1st and revealed the nightmare scenario that unfolded in 2020 and the astounding efforts Democrats have made to hide it. Gableman then dropped the proverbial bomb and called upon the Legislature to look at decertification of the results of the 2020 race and reclaim their electoral college powers under the Constitution.
A Staggering List Of Election Law Violations, Each One By Itself Justifying Decertification
The 136-page report outlined in terrifying strokes eleven separate ways that the election laws of Wisconsin were violated, many of which have already been covered by conservative news outlets.
-“The Center for Tech and Civic Life’s $8,800,000 Zuckerberg Plan Grant with
the Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, and Green Bay (the Zuckerberg 5
Cities) Facially Violates Wisconsin Law Prohibiting Election Bribery.”
-“The Motive for These Grants Was Impermissible and Partisan Get Out the
Vote Efforts (GOTV).”
-“Government Oversight Has Been Obstructed by Governmental and Outside
Corporate Collusion.”
-“This Collusion and Entanglement Also Caused a Host of Questionable Actions
by the Zuckerberg Five.”
-“Corporate Legal Defense to Facilitate Obstruction Might Violate the
Wisconsin Ethics Code.”
-“Wisconsin Election Officials’ Widespread Use of Absentee Ballot Drop
Boxes Facially Violated Wisconsin Law.”
-“The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) Unlawfully Directed Clerks to
Violate Rules Protecting Nursing Home Residents, Resulting in a 100% Voting Rate in
Many Nursing Homes in 2020, Including Many Ineligible Voters.”
-“WEC Also Unlawfully Encouraged Evasion of Ballot Security Measures
Related to “Indefinitely Confined” Voters at the Behest of Outside Corporations.”
-“Non-citizens Voted Unimpeded by Wisconsin’s Election Officials as They
Are Not Recorded in the WisVote Voter Database, Even Though Wisconsin Law
Requires Citizenship to Vote. ”
-“Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, and Green Bay Election Officials
May Have Violated the Federal and Wisconsin Equal Protection Clauses by Not Treating
All Voters Equal in the Same Election.”
In his recommendations to the Legislature, Justice Gableman calls upon them to, “Eliminate the Wisconsin Elections Commission.” which will certainly create massive political waves when he notes, “The staff remains deeply connected to special interest groups and fails to adequately respond to voter and clerk complaints” and provides several other means to secure future elections but most notably, watch below as he urges Wisconsin to look at efforts to decertify the electoral college vote, announcing that his investigation is far from finished. While in his appendices he noted that the decertification would not affect who the current president is, it would certainly pave the way for further states to act and could lead to federal litigation and reform.
