Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, is looking to create a new media platform called “TuckerWorld” that will be available on TV, phones and computers.
The Wall Street Journal reported that this venture is in its planning phase and actively seeking investment. Neil Patel, who helped found The Daily Caller with Carlson, is partnering with him for this project.
The report said that Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino and Carlson producer Justin Wells had recently met to discuss ways of making the videos viewable on a television set. While considering YouTube as an option for hosting his content, Carlson has expressed concern about potential censorship of conservative views.
This new media platform could potentially offer both free and subscription-based services with varying levels of content depth for viewers. As part of the broader team working on developing the TuckerWorld concept into a reality are financiers, lawyers and media strategists.
There will also be other hosts providing content along with Tucker himself – while big brands might even sponsor some shows or series’.
The platform would not only exist on Twitter but also have its own website and mobile app too – so people can access it from any device they like.
It appears that since Elon Musk took over as CEO at Twitter, he has been keen to bring in more left-leaning content providers as well as letting conservatives like Tucker continue their work there too.
It seems clear that Neil Patel is backing him 100% in this venture too – which can only mean good things if it’s successful!
We know how passionate Tucker is about getting his message out there – so we’re definitely looking forward to what comes next. Here’s hoping his vision comes true soon enough.
