While everyday Americans are finally enjoying the fruits of their hard labor, Democrat presidential candidate Tom Steyer wants to take that all away.
Instead of enjoying your money, he wants to take it in the form of taxes to pay for “affordable and safe housing” for illegal immigrants.
Are You Kidding Me?
Once again, we have a Democrat candidate trying to make headway by promoting the welfare of people that should not even be in this country, that should literally be in jail, rather than that of citizens and legal residents.
Steyer recently revealed his plan to help illegals, stating, “A Steyer administration … [will] provide a safe platform for immigrants to share their culture and celebrate their heritage, foster opportunities for public service that support new Americans, and coordinate with Federal agencies and the private sector in order to build workforce training and fellowship opportunities for immigrants with professional qualifications from their home nation to help them leverage their specialized skills in the American marketplace.”
The proposal further stated this administration will “ensure that all undocumented communities have access to affordable and safe housing.”
Well, Tom, you are billionaire, so if you feel that strongly about it, how about using your money to help illegals rather than putting more strain on our economy and debt to do it.
What About Americans?
We look through our own communities and an influx of poor, uneducated illegal immigrants is not what we need right now.
Our inner cities are a joke and the programs and financing Democrats like Steyer is proposing for illegals would be far better put to use to address the “poor” problem in this country, which includes legal residents and citizens who are black, white, Hispanic, and any other race, creed, or color you can think of, as long as they are here legally.
And what about our veterans and our homeless problem? What about Americans that are priced out due to development and forced to live further and further from work?
Why are we not helping these people who are only looking for a hand up rather than illegals that want a handout?
Tom Steyer claims he has the experience to address the immigration problem but look at the problems in his home state created by sanctuary policies he wants to implement around the country.
As of January 7, it is estimated there are about 108,000 homeless in the state, a number that will surely rise if we allow this unfettered flow of illegals into the country.
Steyer can say all this because he lives in a mansion, protected by gates, and will not be dealing directly with the implications of the policies he wants to implement.
In essence, he made his piece of the pie, now he just wants to make sure nobody else gets it.
This class of Democrat candidates are among the top one percent, and if they have their way, none of us will be joining them or even have the chance to anytime soon.
They are all billionaires and millionaires railing against the rich, telling us nobody deserves to earn this type of money while they all laugh to the bank.
They want to remove the incentive to be successful so everyone is reliant upon the government, allowing them to control every aspect of our lives.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I don’t believe that is the American dream our Founding Fathers had in mind when they established our independence.
In California and many Democrat controlled cities, homelessness is rampant and these homeless people are citizens. I haven’t heard any Democrat shedding any tears about these homeless Americans, but homeless illegal immigrants are much more important than citizens, aren’t they? After all, these illegal immigrants can be counted upon to reliably vote for Democrats. Democrats don’t give a crap that these people bring with them a culture which is decidedly more corrupt and more violent than ours is currently. Mexico City has 3.1 murders a day and the United States also has 3.1 murders per day-the difference is, Mexico City has about 10 million people and the US has 330 million (and many of the murders perpetrated in the US are also by Mexican citizens).
