On Wednesday, February 1, FBI agents raided Joe Biden’s Delaware beach house. They’re a little late. Joe spent last weekend cleaning it from top to bottom, while the bureau tossed his primary residence. If they find anything now, it’s only because the family and their lawyers missed it.
FBI raids Biden again
Joe Biden’s new personal lawyer, Robert Bauer, wasn’t phased that FBI agents were crawling all over his client’s home in Rehoboth, Delaware.
“The search today is a further step in a thorough and timely DOJ process we will continue to fully support and facilitate.” They, most likely, already searched and know it’s clean. That’s just how lawyers work.
The way Merrick Garland’s team explained it to network media, “Federal investigators conducted a search” of Biden’s vacation home “as part of their ongoing probe into his handling of classified documents.”

They want you to think they’re giving him the same treatment as Donald Trump so have to put on a show. Joe’s fixer swears up and down he wasn’t tipped off that the FBI was coming. His formal statement claims that Biden’s team “did not seek to provide advance notice of the operation.” He did admit it was happening, after CBS covered it.
“The search today is a further step in a thorough and timely DOJ process we will continue to fully support and facilitate. We will have further information at the conclusion of today’s search.”
While this is still a developing story, there’s already been an update.
Nothing found
Confirming the speculation, NBC news is reporting, only moments ago, that the FBI search “was conducted from 8:30 a.m. to noon.” It’s over and came up empty. Bauer was quick to gloat.
“Consistent with the process in Wilmington, the DOJ took for further review some materials and handwritten notes that appear to relate to his time as vice president” but none of them had any classified document stamps. Nobody is saying that the “materials and handwritten notes” didn’t belong to Hunter. They aren’t saying specifically where they were removed from, either.
The FBI was quick to make it seem routine. A source familiar with the matter relates that “no warrant was involved and the search was consensual.” So far, “documents with classified markings were found earlier in Biden’s Wilmington residence and a Washington think tank office.”

Originally, it was reported that it was the National Archives who collected the documents from the Penn Biden Center office, but that turned out to be the bureau too. That makes today’s the third Joe Biden raid. Speculation is swirling that James Biden’s home may be next.
The National Archives is carefully keeping quiet about today’s raid in Rehoboth. The palace is keeping a tight lid on information about the scandal. Spokesunit Ian Sams announced outside the Imperial Palace that they need to “be careful” about “sharing information that is part of an ongoing investigation.” That’s their magic shield of defense to any question. For now.
“We’re gonna continue to try to provide information as this investigation goes on and ensure that you guys have the ability to share with the American people sort of the information that is important for them to see.” Not the truth though. Only what the the FBI and Merrick Garland want you to see.
