Israel is looking to flip the script on Hamas.
After the surprise attack on Saturday morning, Israel is now the aggressor.
Prime Minister Netanyahu has unleashed major counterattacks and now he is on the offensive.

It does not behoove anyone for this to be a prolonged war.
The longer it lasts, the more likely Hamas allies are to enter the conflict.
If that happens, we start to look at a possible World War III being fought in the Middle East.
With our defense situation, a multi-front attack would be hard to defend, so we need Israel to crush Hamas as quickly as possible.
The plan appears to be to bomb the Gaza Strip until it has been erased.
Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant told Israeli troops, “Hamas wanted a change and it will get one.
What was in Gaza will no longer be.
“We started the offensive from the air, later on we will also come from the ground.
“We’ve been controlling the area since Day 2 and we are on the offensive.
“It will only intensify.”
The United States is already moving a carrier strike group to the area for support.
There have been rumors that Hamas allies are considering getting involved, but it has not yet happened and they would be well-advised to stay out of this conflict.
If Iran jumps in, I have little doubt NATO countries would start to put boots on the ground, which then means Russia would probably get involved.
If that happens, it would be the beginning of WWIII.
