I think we may have a candidate in Arizona that all Republicans can get behind and support.
Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb, who also happens to be a big Trump supporter, is going to compete for the GOP nomination for Senator Sinema’s (I-AZ) seat.
If he can fundraise, I think he will give us a great chance to win back an Arizona Senate seat.
Everyone Loves Him
This is going to be a big primary field, but Lamb has a few things going for him.
He will get the MAGA support, but because he is law enforcement, I really don’t see other conservatives having any issues with him.
He will obviously get an endorsement from Trump.
He also has a personal tragedy story that will invoke empathy from voters.
Lamb’s 22-year-old son, the son’s fiancée, and their 1-year-old daughter were killed in a crash when their vehicle was hit by a suspected drunken driver.
We all saw how close Masters came to winning with virtually no financial support, so imagine what Lamb can do in a race that will have a split Democrat vote.
First, let’s worry about getting him out of the primary.
