It looks like Kamala Harris was trying to buy her way out of competition.
Cornel West recently claimed that Harris was willing to offer him a job and clean up his campaign debt if he dropped out of the race.
Now, I don’t know about you, but that sounds like an election bribe to me.
Too Far?
Deals are made all the time in elections for candidates to drop out in exchange for some type of role in the government.
But money… well, that sounds just a bit shady to me.
West was recently on Status Coup News, stating, “Well, I mean a number of them reached out just saying I need to get on the bandwagon — this is a historic moment, especially a black moment … I told them, I said you all just talking to the wrong brother.
“You can offer resources or position or what have you — that’s that’s not what I’m all about. That’s not the game I play…”
West was pressed on exactly what Harris offered, and he responded, “Oh, I mean there was definitely various kind of offers.
“I won’t go into concrete details of it — I really won’t, because I don’t I — I don’t even want to make that the focus of the interview —”
I have one more question that needs to be answered on this.
States run by Democrats or with a Democrat Secretary of State, like Wisconsin, are refusing to remove Kennedy from the ballot after he dropped out and endorsed Trump.
Now, I believe this is because Kennedy is pulling from Trump in the election and they are hoping his base will continue vote for him.
Would they do the same thing if West pulled out, or would they make up some excuse to make sure he was off the ballot?
See, these are the little games Dems play to cheat that the mainstream media doesn’t want to talk about.
