It would appear that the pardon for Hunter Biden was just the beginning.
Even though the pardon created outrage on both sides of the aisle, the White House confirmed that more pardons are likely.
There is also speculation that Biden may offer pre-emptive pardons for people Democrats believe Trump will go after once he takes office.

After Biden announced the Hunter Biden pardon, some Democrats really started to go off the rails in terms of more pardons.
For example, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) suggested that Biden pardon every convict on death row, with no exceptions.
Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) wanted Biden to pardon non-violent offenders who he says were aggressively pursued.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that more pardons are on the way.
She stated, “As it relates to pardon- — pardoning or any clemency, the president, as you know, at the end of the year, makes announcements. He’s thinking through that process very thoroughly.
“There’s a process in place, obviously. And so, once — I’m not going to get ahead of — of the president on this. But you could expect more announcement, more par- — pardons and clemency at the end of — at the end of — at the end of this term.”
Jill Wine-Banks, a former assistant special prosecutor in Watergate, wants Biden to protect all the people who went after Trump.
She stated, “I hope that President Biden will also issue preemptive pardons to all of those people threatened by the injustice of what will become the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.
“That, of course, includes Jack Smith and all of his staff, many Department of Justice lawyers.
“It includes President Biden himself, although we don’t know that anyone can legally pardon themselves.
“He will need a pardon because he is going to be harassed and charged for no crimes whatsoever. Donald Trump has promised that.”
Democrats will continue to say this is revenge, but it is not revenge if they abused their power and broke the law to go after Trump. I believe they call that justice.
