On Sunday, a White House pool reporter posted, “In the late afternoon and early evening, a live band could be heard coming from the area near the Rose Garden.
“Your pooler asked why a band was playing.
“From the White House: The President and First Lady are hosting a BBQ for White House Executive Residence Staff and their families.”
Does Biden even know how the optics are on this?
I am all for showing some appreciation for staff, but I think most people would have probably preferred that Joe reschedule the party and get in the Oval Office to work on getting our people back and holding Hamas accountable.
I remember one time that Donald Trump was on the golf course when troops were killed in action, and the media went nuts.
Joe Biden was literally having a party when he already knew that Americans had been killed and were taken hostage by terrorists, and he decided to let the party take place anyway.
By any measure, how was this acceptable behavior by a president of the United States?
I am going to need someone to explain that to me.
