A new poll shows 67% of Americans think it’s fair for President Trump to ask for a recount in key states. One-third of Americans believe there was significant voter fraud. What does this mean for our election process moving forward?
Trump voters fired up
Newsmax/McLaughlin & Associates released some interesting polls on Thursday. More than two-thirds of Americans think it’s fair for Trump to challenge election results in key battleground states.
These numbers don’t match up with the overwhelming criticism heard from the mainstream media, who are calling Trump’s allegations of voter fraud nothing baseless conspiracy theories. 35% of Americans think there was significant fraud in this election.
“This seems to be a very disturbing and high number for the country that always prided itself to be the world’s leading democracy,” pollster John McLaughlin said. “The highest level of fraud concerns are among Trump voters at 70% and Republicans at 65%.”
The poll shows that 94% of Republicans blame the Democrats for voter fraud in this election. 51% of those polled believe that voter fraud is a major problem in Democrat run cities while 49% say it’s not.
One area where everyone seems to agree is the idea that fair and honest elections are critical. 90% of people polled said they approve of voter identification laws that make sure every vote cast in the election for president and Congress was cast by a legal citizen who was eligible to vote.
88% approve of states requiring that all mail-in ballots have a matching signature with the person’s voter registration. There’s no reason not to, unless there’s something shady going on.

Election fraud 2020
The poll also shows 57% of Americans think mainstream media networks like CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC should declare Joe Biden the president elect, even as lawsuits and recounts are taking place in key battleground states.
42% think the media coverage of the presidential race has been totally unfair and biased against Trump. “It appears that the election has not inspired hope,” McLaughlin said. One thing is for sure. President Trump’s voter base is more passionate than ever.
We are behind him 100% and we demand four more years to make America great again.
