I am firmly convinced that Democrats in office today live in an alternative universe.
That is the only explanation as to how they think they are doing a good job.
To that point, Democrat leadership is telling its caucus to start pushing lower energy costs as an achievement.
The problem… costs spiked by almost 10 percent last month!
Wrong Way
Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) sent out a letter to the caucus.
In part, it stated, “Thanks to the good work of President Biden and his Administration, there is a team for us to partner with as we work to turn this legislation into good-paying jobs, lower costs, and new economic opportunities for the American people.”
The letter continued, “Lower Energy Bills: American consumers can now select from a wide range of incentives from in the Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
“The tax credits alone could help families get up to $14,000 for making their homes more energy efficient.”
So, former Trump staffer Richard Grenell figured he would help…

For the most part, the only way you can save money on the tax cuts Dems have out there right now is to spend money on new purchases or upgrades, money most of us do not have right now.
