Well-known CEO of MyPillow Inc. and avid support of former President Donald Trump, Mike Lindell, has been thrust back into the headlines recently after a new video has been released.
The video shows a March deposition between him and lawyers from Dominion Voting Systems.
This deposition was taken in connection with a defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion against Lindell for questioning the integrity of their voting machines in the aftermath of last year’s election.

I might have to buy another MyPillow after watching this.
During one of the depositions, Lindell blew up after his pillows were called “lumpy.”… pic.twitter.com/MA5NlssbxU

This one particular clip has gone viral that shows an obviously frustrated Lindell responding to a snarky comment made by one of Dominions lawyers about “lumpy pillows.”
In his response, he said: “When you say lumpy pillows, now you’re an a***ole. You got that? You’re an a***ole is what you are!”
The deposition ended shortly thereafter when Lindell left the witness chair while disparaging counsel according to filings by the lawyer representing Coomer.
An excerpt from the filing states that Mr. Lindell had “disparaged counsel” during an unscheduled break while already being “vulgar, threatening, loud [and] disrespectful” during his last scheduled deposition on August 23rd 2023.
This motion seeks an order compelling Mr. Lindell to appear before court or magistrate judge in Denver Colorado so that decorum can be maintained and contemporaneous rulings can be sought during a rescheduled deposition; along with attorney fees and expenses associated with Mr. Lindell’s discovery abuse.
Coomer also filed a lawsuit against Newsmax for similar reasons accusing them of defaming him for questioning their voting machine’s integrity following the 2020 election results which saw Joe Biden win over Donald Trump.
