Over the last decade, liberals have been having a complete and utter meltdown over the Supreme Court.
When Trump was able to appoint three justices, including replacing RBG with a conservative, the talk of removing Justices Alito and Thomas as well as expanding the court started to take off.
Now, a liberal journalist is suggesting dissolving the court altogether.
They’re Nuts
Liberal author Fran Lebowitz is among those that are spreading a false narrative about the Supreme Court immunity ruling.
She interpreted the ruling as any president can do anything he or she wants, but that is far from the case.
All the Supreme Court did was reaffirm previous rulings that official acts of a president are immune from prosecution.
Lebowitz, however, lives in a fantasy world, and while making an appearance on Bill Maher’s show, she stated, “It’s so disgraceful, this court, that it shouldn’t even be allowed to be called the Supreme Court.
“It isn’t. It’s an insult to Motown to call it the Supreme Court. It’s not even a court… basically, it’s a harem. It’s Trump’s harem.”
She continued, “When they passed that law, that ruling, where they said ‘you’re not the president, you’re the king,’ which is what that ruling is, you can do whatever you want, you can never be held responsible, I thought, ‘You know, Biden is still the president. No one seems to notice.’
“But I think Biden should dissolve the Supreme Court.”
Bill Maher even realized what she was saying was out of pocket, responding, “Dissolve the Supreme Court… Come on!”
It really is shameful that media professional continue to bastardize the ruling from the Supreme Court, which surely has contributing to sinking approval ratings for the court.
What is even more maddening is that Trump’s media allies are acting as though Trump does have complete immunity to suck up to him, when that is not the case.
These people are doing nobody any favors by lying about the ruling, which, in fact, will only create more outrage and disapproval if and when the court rules that most of the charges against Trump are not immune from prosecution.
