Former Republican South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy has a message for Andrew McCabe.
You are NOT out of the woods just yet.
Wait for Durham Investigation
I would be lying if I said I was not pissed when I found out former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was getting off for having lied during the investigation into leaked material during the Russian probe.
To date, the only big names the DOJ has put behind bars are former Trump officials that have never served in the government before.
Point being, people like General Flynn, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, and Michael Cohen could not offer up any information to hurt other public officials, so they were all fair game.
McCabe is a different story though and he even admitted he lied, so why was he allowed to walk free?
According to Gowdy, the DOJ was having a hard time getting an indictment for a very narrow “fact pattern.”
Because of that, the DOJ dropped the case because it assumed it would have a hard time getting a conviction.
To be clear, the charges being dropped DO NOT mean that McCabe is cooperating with the DOJ on the Durham investigation.
If that were the case, and I have spoken to several attorneys about this, he would NOT have received a non-prosecution letter.
McCabe getting the walk was strictly because the DOJ did not believe that if it pursued the case any longer, it would have gotten a conviction.
Now, we can only hope the Durham investigation, which will be tied into the IG report that showed FISA abuse, will net some charges against McCabe or other high-ranking officials.
Gowdy stated, “He escapes indictment from that narrow fact pattern but that has nothing to do with FISA or the initiation of Russia and any other potential misconduct that Andrew McCabe may have engaged in… He certainly is someone John Durham would want to talk to.
“So, McCabe is NOT out of the woods yet for his criminal behavior.”

The most frustrating thing for most of us is that McCabe is already acting like a victim and the media is allowing him to do so…

McCabe and Comey both broke the law, on several fronts, there is simply no doubt about that.
They were both involved in leaking confidential information to the media and both were in leadership roles when the FISA warrant information was falsified.
The DOJ cannot simply continue to allow these people to get off with these crimes as it is only digging Barr a deeper hole with those of us that want to see the swamp drained.
So, we will wait for the Durham investigation to conclude but if we don’t get indictments (and we want department leaders like Comey and McCabe, not meaningless underlings), there is going to be all hell to pay!
I would like to pray for James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, and the deep state: “Dear Heavenly Father, in the Mighty Name of your Son, JESUS CHRIST, I beseech Thee, to penetrate the deep state with your love, compassion and mercy, of which the members are George Soros, the Clintons, the Obamas, the Bidens, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Schumer, Waters, Green, the MSM, the Hollywood Establishment, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, Bernie Sanders, Michael Bloomberg and the democrats leftists, socialists who hate/destroy the people, especially the President! That’s fine and dandy, but what they really need is extensive time at the gray bar hotel.
Unsatisfactory. People can eventually get out of prison; these people have to disappear.
Looking at the bigger picture, perhaps the reason McCabe was let offf is that he has become a cooperating defendant with John Durham’s investigation into the mess at the FBI and Justice Department. It makes sense that if he is talking and giving up others, they would want to keep him out of the frying pan. Time will tell. .

The evidence admitted was enough to prosecute, crime seems to pay very well
if Durham does not prosecute any of these people, there is going to be hell to pay…this is getting ridiculous that these demoncraps keep skating
We are being conditioned to accept the innocences of all these scumbags. This has happened so many times, they don’t charge them with all the evidence at one time but let them leak it out one at a time and present it in a fashion that this wasn’t so bad so the charges should be dismissed or give them a slap on the wrist so it will pacify us.
They believe we are so dumb or stupid we will not demand justice which they consider exempt.
I gotta feel that if President Trump would’ve made Rudy the AG from the start & not Jeff-what-a Mess-ions, the last 3 years would’ve been a lot different. Wish I knew what deep stater recommend Mess-ions. Maybe he/she should be under investigation.
